Security posture

Clear controls. Clear boundaries.

Vantedges combines cloud infrastructure, encryption, controlled access, and client-level separation to protect sensitive business intelligence. Deployment-specific details are reviewed directly with customers during security diligence.

AWS infrastructure

Vantedges services are built on AWS-based cloud infrastructure for approved customer data and AI workflows.

Encryption

Customer data is protected with encryption across storage and transmission workflows used by the service.

Access controls

Controlled access and multi-factor authentication help protect dashboards, reports, and administrative functions.

Client separation

Customer data, reports, and generated intelligence are designed to remain separated from other customers.

Data principles

Customer context remains customer-specific.

Customer ownership

Customers retain ownership of business data submitted to Vantedges unless a specific agreement states otherwise. Vantedges retains ownership of its software, systems, workflows, analytics, and proprietary technology.

No public-model training

Vantedges does not use customer data to train public AI models. Any customer-specific use, anonymization, aggregation, or broader improvement is governed by the applicable agreement and scope.

Retention & deletion scope

Retention options and data-handling requirements are defined by implementation and customer agreement. Confirm required retention, export, and deletion behavior before deployment.

Implementation diligence

Review the exact deployment before data moves.

Data sources, users, permissions, retention, model providers, integration methods, and allowed use can differ by implementation. Vantedges scopes those boundaries with the customer rather than presenting one broad claim as universally applicable.

Data mapWhat enters the service, where it comes from, and what outputs are created.
User accessRoles, permissions, authentication, and administrative responsibility.
Provider boundariesWhich approved services process data and under what contractual scope.
RetentionRequired storage period, export needs, and deletion workflow.
Incident pathOperational contacts and escalation expectations for the engagement.
Agreement controlsCustomer ownership, permitted use, confidentiality, and special handling.

Responsible deployment

AI supports management judgment.

Vantedges products are designed to help authorized people understand business interactions and make better decisions. Sensitive people, customer, and operational intelligence should be used with human review, appropriate policies, and the customer’s legal and regulatory obligations.
